We are looking for a:

Project Manager in Riga

As a Project Manager at Tiliti Multilingual you will carry out translation orders from inquiry to delivery. You will be in regular contact with our clients and the go-to person for all matters concerning translation projects. It is important that you are responsible, proactive and a self-starter.

Main responsibilities

• Management of multilingual projects
• Coordination of translation project workflows and project delivery
• Communication with clients per e-mail and on the phone
• Cooperation with linguists and DTP specialists
• Maintenance of client data and order information
• Assisting team and Managing Director with ad hoc projects as required

Your profile

• University degree (preferably in translation, or in a relevant communications or marketing field)
• Fluency in English both orally and in writing (Proficiency in other languages will be considered as an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills and a client-orientated approach
• Team player with a passion for languages, motivation and positive attitude
• Ability to work with deadlines and to set priorities
• Well versed in MS-Office programs

We will appreciate:
• Knowledge of CAT tools
• Experience in project management or customer service
